Mission Statement

The goal of the Assessor's Office is to provide a well managed office that will serve the public with expert, qualified staff that will result in:

1. Fair and equitable assessment of the taxpayer's real and personal property at a reasonable cost.
2. Provide local government with a well maintained, current tax base upon which to base their tax levy.
3. Meet or exceed the requirements of the State of New Mexico for level of assessment and uniformity by constant market analysis.
